This project was by far one of my most challenging to date. First challenge: Work alongside a team of industry veterans in the hospitality space and renovate a mid 20th century home in less than 6 months with tight deadlines and limited resources.

Second challenge: Create a brand in half that amount of time that resonates with the locals and evokes a sense of a "beachside day club" and charm.

The result was a brand which felt friendly and convivial. Inspired by the colors & themes of the beachy nooks in Florida as well as California, the pastel colors, flamingo and patterns were an homage to retro hotels found in Miami in the 70’s and 80’s. The Neighbor logo features a hand-written font and the menus, collateral, and digital executions all carry over similar personal touches.
